30-Day Return Policy

We proudly offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused or only minimally tried on
• Be in its original condition
• Include all original packaging and accessories
• Not show signs of intentional damage or misuse

Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Used or heavily worn costumes
• Damaged items caused by misuse
• Customized or personalized products
• Gift cards (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Our support team will review your request and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Depending on your payment provider, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to customer preference (size, color selection, change of mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our mistake or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping or provide an alternative solution.
